Working with the Head Chef to develop and maintain the restaurant menu
Tracking kitchen finances to identify areas of potential waste
Develops and oversees projects from the definition of the scope, work plan creation, timelines, internal and external resources needed and allocates labor resources as required.

Wymagania

Skills and Qualifications
Must be customer service oriented, accurate, self-motivated, and be able to use time efficiently. Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to direct and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service to our internal and external customers.
A culinary school degree or relevant training is a plus
Good English communication skills (oral and written)
Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution
Stable job history which demonstrates upward career progression
