• Verification of invoices in terms of their compliance with the order

• Posting invoices from suppliers

• Preparation of payments to suppliers

• Current settlement of purchase and supplier accounts

• Participation in activities covered by the closing of the meeting / year

• Keeping in touch with suppliers and purchasing staff

• Participation in projects improving process processes

• Opportunity to participate in a knowledge transfer project from other business location companies

Wymagania

• Education min. BA degree in the area of ​​Finance, Accounting or related

• Experience in the PtP / AP area, preferably in the BPO / SSC area

• Very good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel

• Very good command of English

• Knowledge of a second European language will be appreciated

• Conscientiousness, reliability and very good organization of work

• Communicability, openness, ability to work in a group
