For our Client – due to brand development and the opening of a new lingerie store, we are looking for a person for the position of:

Store Manager

Place of work: Prague

The person employed in this position will be responsible for:

• Comprehensive management of the store,
• Coordinating and motivating the sales team,
• Achieving set sales goals,
• Training employees,
• Proactive sales and professional customer service,
• Taking care of the assortment and applying visual merchandising principles.

Wymagania

• At least one year of experience in a similar position,
• Knowledge of the fashion industry,
• Experience in managing a team of employees,
• Focus on achieving set KPIs,
• Communicative knowledge of English,
• Willingness to work in shifts,
• Ease in establishing contacts, openness, and communication skills,
• Very good work organization and independence.
