Opis stanowiska

-The successful operation of part of technical, development and reconfiguration opportunities.

-Liaising with centre technical teams on day to day project and technical matters as required.

-Tenancy design review and approval.

-Tenancy coordination including: liaising with tenants technical teams on aspects of the fitout to

minimise owner costs and fit out contributions, specifying the design process and contact

points to tenants and external service providers, coordinating input from external parties that

may be engaged on behalf of the landlord (eg. specialist shopfront designers, architects,

service consultants).

-To assist on due diligence exercises as required, including initial site visits and review of

external technical advisers reports.

-Managing the technical aspects and delivery of reconfiguration projects within existing

-Project cost assessment / input on projects considered by the asset managers / development

-Maintaining technical registers and / or ensuring that the centre managers have technical

registers up to date.

-Ensuring that the centre management technical teams have all necessary permits in place at

all times.

-Performing adhoc technical advisory service to property owners as required.

Wymagania

-Graduate of Architecture or Civil Engineering.

-Good knowledge of retail building services and building codes.

-3 years experience in multidiscipline coordination.

-Strong communication, organizational and decision making skills.

-Able to handle multiple priorities and good problem solving skills.

-Detail oriented and analytical skills.

-Computer literacy (good Word, Excel), AutoCad would be an asset.
