Opis stanowiska

• Cooperation with suppliers in China – support partner search, negotiation of trade terms and prepare product specification and requirement for production.
• Cooperation with logistic partner to arrange delivery according to schedule, and coordination with custom department to complete the custom clearance process.
• Prepare documents for payments and monitoring the process.
• Coordinating quality control
• Monitor the inventory and prepare plan for replenishment.
• Maintaining good relationships with suppliers
• Performing other tasks within the group
• Cooperation with other departments in the company

Wymagania

• Higher education (preferable in logistic/trading/business background)
• Experience In working In the import/purchasing department – min. 2 years
• The ease of establishing business contacts and maintaining relationships with suppliers
• Knowledge of English – B2 level
• Analyze skills, knowledge of excel, PowerPoint.
• Negotiations skills
