Join our team of creative individuals as a: Customer Support Agent.

 

Your main mission will be to maintain a positive customer support experiance with your friendly presence and helpful attitude. You will engage our users and keep them interested by creating exceptional posts on Social Media platforms. A detailed training will be provided so that you will feel confident in presenting our products to the public.

 

Your core duties will include:

- Providing 1st line of support for basic incident resolution and requests reported by users,

- Responding to all emails and calls from our international customers ensuring their satisfaction,

- Contributing original content about our products, worthy of sharing on Social Media platforms,

- Double-checking if the technical documentation is linguistically correct.

 

You don't need any technical knowledge- we will teach you everything you need to know!

Wymagania

You will do great if you combine the following experience, skills and personal attributes:

- Higher education in English Philology (preferably American English)

- Previous experience in providing a single point-of-contact for users

- Self-motivated achiever who gains satisfaction from providing excellent customer service

- Passion for Social Media

- Analytical thinking and exceptional problem solving skills

- Excellent phone etiquette

- Ability to work with MS Office tools (especially MS Excell)
