Now, for our client, we are looking for: AP Accountant with Italian

Wymagania

Key Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining the Client’s database and analysis of reported issues to support gaps identification and areas for improvement
• Lease and key property documents analysis
• Abstraction of lease documents into database, validation of data abstracted by others
• Producing reports utilising existing data to agreed timescales
• Participating in additional projects with a key objective of delivering an enhanced product to the Client
• Cooperation with the Audit Team during periodic data quality and completeness audits
• Cooperation of other teams supporting the Client around the world
• Report to Team Leader
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the account

Oferujemy

Requirements:

• Fluent English and Italian are a must
• Another foreign language will be an advantage
• Previous experience in lease administration / database management / real estate will be a very strong advantage
• Interest in analysis of written documentation
• Education within Real Estate / Finance and Banking / Law / Applied Linguistics is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
• Proactive approach with Client and strong improvement focus
• Strong commitment to quality, orientation to details
• Team player and fast learner
