Opis stanowiska
- Become one of the key players who help building up the first crowdsourcing based talent platform of the recruitment market
- Reach predefined B2B sales targets and KPIs within deadline and budget
- Find, attract and make an impact on potential clients via phone, webinars and face-to-face meetings
- Spread Talentuno’s unique selling proposition, by being one of the faces of the company, who promotes and sells our recruitment and empoyer branding solutions
- Establish and mainting fruitful client relations via close key account management
- Become the owner of the end-to-end sales process that stretches from contacting the potential client, to signing contract, and managing account
- Manage your accounts with excellece, ensure revenue maximisation in your client portfolio
- Occasionally represent the company on relevant meetings and public appearances
- Attend industry-specific events and build out a network in order to support business goals
- Be a team worker, drive cooperation across other departments to satisfy client needs
- Come up with new ideas and new solutions for to help grow our brand and sales potential
Wymagania
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, enthusiasm, curiosity and energy are a must
- Strong experience in sales / business development area - successful candidates will have a proven track record demonstrating their understanding of business and sales achievements
- The ideal candidate is preferred to have experience in the Recruitment industry
- Candidate needs to have excellent networking and client management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, in both written and verbal communication is a must
- Presentation skills
- English & Polish working proficiency
- Must be familiar with business computer software programs: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Apps, Google Drive and CRM / ERP systems
